Cancellation Policy

At Boatfield Fly Fishing, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following policy:

Cancellation 3 Weeks Before Intended Booking Date:

If you cancel your booking three weeks or more before the intended date, there will be no cancellation fees, and you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Cancellation Between 3-1 Week Before Intended Booking Date:

Cancellations made between three weeks and one week before the intended booking date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total event price.

Cancellation Less Than One Week Before Intended Booking Date:

For cancellations made less than one week before the intended booking date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event price will apply.

Cancellation Day Before or Day of Booking:

If you cancel your booking on the day before or the day of the intended date, the full fee for the booking will be required, and no refunds will be provided.

Booking Modifications:

Modifications to your booking, including changes in the number of participants or the duration of the event, may be subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your booking, please contact Boatfield Fly Fishing via phone or email as soon as possible. Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial booking.

Exceptions:

Boatfield Fly Fishing reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in cases of extenuating circumstances or emergencies. We may require documentation or evidence to support such claims.
